Marian

Marian grew up in a small German village with a big Equestrian. Her greatest success was being placed at the National Championship of Young Horses jumping a clear round in an Olympic sized arena. In her adult life, competing, doing clinics and intensive training was exciting and she learned a lot and had to go out of her comfort zone. After taking a break from riding for a few years and moving to Australia she was ready to start again which is how she found Fursan Farm. “I remember Yassin saying at my assessment "we are not trying for Olympia" as he could tell I was putting pressure on myself and the horse to be in perfect shape.” Letting go of the pressure she found again her infinite passion (& obsession) for horses and riding! “I am all about correct horse-friendly riding and explaining the why. My aim is to teach riders to not just ride a horse but be able to train a horse which means training a riders feeling and skill set on how to correct and improve their horse. And of course have fun while doing it.”.
