Pricing

• All rates are quoted in AUD and inclusive of GST.
• Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Fursan Farm. We are not responsible for pricing discrepancies or misrepresentations made by third-party booking agents.
• Full non-refundable payment is required to confirm all bookings.
• Public holiday surcharges may apply.

Weather Conditions

All outdoor and horse-related activities are subject to variation depending on weather and terrain conditions. Safety takes priority, and activities may be modified or rescheduled if necessary.

Travel & Insurance

• International participants must hold adequate medical and travel insurance.
• Interstate guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel and cancellation insurance.

Risks Associated with Horse Activities

Horse-related activities are classified as high-risk. Horses can behave unpredictably, and participation carries a significant risk of injury or death.

You will be required to fill the Waiver Form acknowledging that you participate in all activities at Fursan Farm at your own risk. By signing, you accept full responsibility for any risk of injury or death.

Safety Requirements

• Approved Australian standard safety helmets and appropriate heeled boots are mandatory for all horse-related activities.
• Participants must wear appropriate clothing. Inappropriate attire will result in forfeiture of the session.
• No loose items or mobile phones are permitted during rides. Use of mobile phones during rides is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Participant Competency & Rider Requirements

• You must accurately disclose your horse riding experience when booking. The minimum riding level required is confident beginner.
• Participants may be excluded if their actual riding ability does not match what was stated, they provide inaccurate info, or display unsafe behavior.
• The instructor has full discretion to assess rider competency. Intermediate or advanced participants must have ridden in the past 3 months.

Weight Limit

Standard weight limit is up to 90kg. A limited number of horses may accommodate up to 100kg, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.

Minimum Rider Numbers

Some activities require a minimum number of riders. If not met, we may offer an alternative date/time (excludes private/special bookings).

Participant Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: bookings@fursanfarm.com.au

Cancellation Terms

• More than 2 days’ notice: Credit provided for future use or as a gift card.
• Less than 24 hours: Forfeiture. Credit may be issued with valid medical certificate.
• No-show / Late arrival (15+ min) / Failure to participate: No refund or credit.

Cancellations by Fursan Farm

In case of Force Majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, staff/horse injury, COVID-19 lockdowns, etc.), no refunds or compensation will be issued. We may cancel or reschedule the activity as needed.

Refunds are only issued if Fursan Farm cancels for reasons not related to Force Majeure or participant error.

Photography & Media

We may use photos or videos taken during your session for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing at the time of booking if you do not consent.

Lesson packages

• Lesson packages are valid for 3 months from the first session.
• $20 fee applies to all booking reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, rescheduling requests must be confirmed with our team to take effect.
• Please note that all payments are non refundable under any circumstances unless with medical certificate $20 admin fee will apply in the case of refund

Gift Cards

• Valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Gift card holders agree to all terms and conditions listed herein.
